The universe is expanding

30x40cm Acrylic on wood 2023 The first rays of new suns blaze where nothing existed. Sparks of color scatter in the darkness, scorching heat spreading in waves across space. Life rushes forward on the backs of comets, in the caring hands of incomprehensible beings born from entirely different stars. Life fills space, giving form, creating beauty, imbuing it with meaning. A breath, a glance, fear, laughter. An endless cycle, the purpose of which is incomprehensible to those whose lives are short, like sparks in a fire. But each of them will leave a mark on the boundless canvas of the universe. The seeds of civilizations, stories written in the language of the cosmos, will rush further into the void, where before there was nothing.
