Riding a space bumblebee

25x25 Acrylic on wood 2020 In a galaxy far far away, on a charming little planet, there lives a habitable world with turquoise skies and green clouds. The air is filled with the buzzing of the pearly wings of swift creatures, hurrying about their business in all directions. The surface of the earth occasionally trembles with the footsteps of the infinitely long legs of space bumblebees, who gaze down upon the world from the upper atmosphere. They carry on their backs the rare and fortunate souls who have managed to befriend them.
