Snowfall

30x30cm Acrylic on canvas 2023 Absorbing all sound, an unusual guest approaches, painting the world white. Swirling in the twilight, its large paws embrace forest dwellers and city dwellers. Little birds are delighted, as its presence immediately makes them feel cozier and warmer. Winter stars shine through the gaps in the thick clouds, feathers rustle softly, and its sides shimmer with unseen hues. It disappears into the silence of the night an hour before dawn, waving its endlessly long tail. In the morning, only snowdrifts and fantastic patterns on the windows will remain, sparkling like magical scales.
